PAPER HEARTS CAPTURES:

NEW SCANS:
Sorry for no update yesterday! I've been working too much :) New scans added to page 3 of the Magazine Scans. I also re-scanned the June 2000 Mulder TV Guide Cover. Apparently I didn't know how to scan when I first scanned this ;)

OFFICIAL SITE STUFF:
The Official Site has been updated with the Patience scroll thingy. And congratulations to x-filesmusic.com (one of my long-time favourite sites!) for being featured on the OS! And, some of you might have noticed that the announcement about the FOX network premiere of 'Fight The Future' and August re-runs have been removed from the OS. According to an e-mail I received "the schedule keeps going through many revisions" and they "will post the dates once they are final." :)

LONE GUNMEN WITHDRAWL:
Anyone else going through Lone Gunmen withdrawl? Unfortunately, no re-run tonight :( Anyways, I found an old ET LGM article (with an audio file) and everyone can always occupy themselves with some Lone Gunmen screen caps :) Oh, and if anyone's wondering I have started sorting through the votes for Favourtite Mulder/Scully moments; it's just taking a while!

SHOULD THEY OR SHOULDN'T THEY?:
My video capture card is working...well, sort of :) I managed to capture a short clip in which David Duchovny discusses whether Mulder and Scully should be romantically involved or not ("We just lost nine minutes!" LOL). It's posted here at Frenzy. The special originally aired in 1998. Don't you just love the hair (that's 1995 hair ;) )?!?

NEW ARTICLE / TECH DIFFICULTIES:
There's an interesting little article over at FOXnews.com about how Gillian Anderson was almost not cast for The X-Files (Thanks Cathy for the heads-up). And, I was really hoping to have some behind-the-scenes/interview clips up today, but my capture card is not letting me record video at the moment (and I tried and tried and tried!!). I'm hoping it's not too serious!

50,000 VISITORS!:
This page (What's New?) surpassed the 50,000 visitors mark yesterday (unique hits from March 25, 2001)! Weee! And, I found the very first design of ROAD Runners (November 2000). I didn't know very much about HTML or graphics back then :) Oh, don't forget today is the last day to vote for your Top 5 Mulder/Scully Moments!

X-COPS CAPS!:
New X-Cops Snappies!! I remember disliking this episode when it first aired, but it has grown on me since then :) It was very hard to get nice clear captures because of the camera movement, so there's less caps than usual :)

MISC UPDATES...:
I *finally* got around to updated the Episode Schedule and I also added a feature so that you can search for your local X-Files listings :) Updated the links page and Season 8 Episode Guide with Essence Transcript (Thanks CarriK!) I'm working on updating the Real-Life X-Files Page (among other things!), which is in some serious need of an updated!

NEW MAGAZINE SCANS!:
I love scanning :) Anyways, 10 new scans from Season 1 on page 3 of Magazine Scans. Apologizes for this scan. The caption reads "The vampire episode "3" was not a favorite of Duchovny's. "It had no logic."" Maybe that'll make all us shippers feel better! LOL.

SEASON 7 EPISODE GUIDE:
I got a few e-mails asking me if I knew when the Season 7 Episode Guide ('All Things') came out in print a while back. Well, now we know - the release date is July 12, 2001!

The Official Site has been updated with the Without scroll crawl and with some news about the fanclub. It reports that "The Fan Club website is currently not operational." Which would explain why I still haven't received my Official XF Magazine!

How I love the Official Site!! They've added news that Fight The Future will air September 16, 2001 and that re-runs will air not only Sunday nights, but three Fridays in August! Check out their news page for the new re-run schedule! There's no X-Files this Sunday :(

I've really been in a screen capturing mood this week!! Today, it's Pusher screen snappies! Cerulian blue... Cerulian blue... My favourite line from Pusher - "You and your partner seem close. Do you work well together?" I'm also loving this image... Hmm... do you think I'm a shipper? ;) Look for Arcadia tomorrow!

INTERNATIONAL DAVID:
David Duchonvy is making his international rounds and he's in Japan this week. He did a press conference last night, which you can watch at excite.jp (click on the 45K or 200K). It's hard to make out what he's saying, but my favourite line was "I feel like I won a beauty pageant". LOL. And, Sathitom over at the DuchovnyForum posted some photos of David at the airport at the Japanese fan site! David is also doing a Australia Yahoo! This week (and possibly into next week) I'd like to compile a list of your favourite Mulder/Scully moments over the last eight years. Within re-runs tonight on FOX! The official site has the scroll-crawl up! I didn't have a capture card when it first aired, so I'll be snapping some snappies tonight! And, the official Lone Gunmen site has been updated with a song list for each episode and if you haven't checked out the desktops yet do because they are hilarious!!! I'm still sad that there won't be any new LGM episodes :(

DD/EVOLUTION STUFF:
First off, I finally saw Evolution last night and absolutely *loved* it!! My friend, a non-DD fan (who I practically dragged there) laughed more than I did! It was a fun ride!! Anyways, the Evolution Site has been updated with lots of goodies. And, Sarita sent me a heads-up that there will be a David Duchovny article in an upcoming issue of US Weekly! Thanks Sarita!

NEW AWARDS:
*Gloating Warning*!! What can I say? I love getting compliments about the site! The site received two new awards! The first is from Jessica Beth (who, by the way, has a great new site design!!). She writes lots of nice things, which you can read here. I'm speechless! The second is from Requiem (who also says nice things, but I'll spare everyone!!). LOL. DD / EVOLUTION APPEARANCES:
I caught Evolution spots on Extra and Entertainment Tonight yesterday, which you can find here on our Evolution site. Speaking of our Evolution site, you must visit and check out the Evolution desktop stuff - it's so cool!! Oh, and David was not on Today yesterday, but according to the Official XF Site he's on today, so I'll keep my fingers crossed and my VCR running :) And, don't forget DD is also on Rosie and Letterman today! Yee haw!

PURity UPDATE:
