For anyone who had the same question as I did - here's the response I received: You will need to contact Titan Publications for information about the
magazine, they are not affiliated with the fan club. We aren't sure what
they're Special offer will include for past members.
We are looking at making the subscription part of membership at renewal
and/or at a discount separately in the future through our website...more to
come on that.

OS Updates / Etc: The Official Site has announced that a new Official X-Files Magazine will go on sale February 5th in the US, and February 21st in the UK. Article / stuff: Mark from xfilesUK.com posted an annoucement on his site for anyone interested in being a 'real life Mulder and Scully' in a new series. Go visit for all the details :) And, from TV Guide Online:WILL HE OR WON'T HE?: Scheduling conflicts would likely be the only thing that prevents David Duchovny from appearing in the two-part series finale of The X-Files (airing in May). "He's open to [coming back] — availability permitting," the actor's rep tells TV Guide Online. Last week, series creator Chris Carter announced that the long-running Fox drama would not return next fall for a 10th season.
